These terms apply to the apps published by Mochi Moon Games (Isabel Pfohlmann, Lange Rötterstraße 18-20, 68167 Mannheim, Germany, contact@mochimoongames.com), currently Pizzumi. The terms of the store you downloaded the app from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) also apply.

1. The app

Pizzumi is a free puzzle game. No account is needed. The app is funded by ads and an optional purchase (“Ad-free”).

2. Licence

You may use the app for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, resell or decompile the app or its graphics, characters, music or sounds, except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Ads and hints

The app shows ads from third parties, who are responsible for their content. If you choose to watch a rewarded video, you receive in-game hints. Hints, stars and levels have no monetary value, cannot be cashed out or transferred, and are lost if you delete the app.

4. “Ad-free” purchase

• “Ad-free” is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. After buying it, the app no longer shows full-screen ads. Optional rewarded videos for extra hints remain available.
• The purchase is processed under the terms of Google Play or the App Store, including their rules on cancellation and refunds.
• You can restore the purchase on a new device via “Restore purchases” in Settings, signed in with the same Google/Apple account.
• Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): You generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. It expires once delivery (unlocking “Ad-free”) begins immediately after you have expressly agreed to this and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. The store obtains this confirmation during purchase.

5. Availability and changes

We keep developing Pizzumi and may change, add or remove content, levels and features. There is no entitlement to specific features or to permanent availability of the app. Your “Ad-free” status remains as long as the app is offered.

6. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Statutory warranty rights for the purchase remain unaffected.

7. Privacy

8. Final provisions

German law applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of that country. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.

If this English version differs from the German version, the German version prevails.
