Frequently asked questions
How does the game work?
Place the toppings so that every row, every column and every sauce has exactly one topping. Toppings may not touch, not even diagonally. Tap once to sprinkle cheese (for squares that surely can't hold a topping), double-tap to place a topping. You can find the rules in the game at any time behind the question mark.
I'm stuck. What can I do?
Tap the kitchen bell: it shows you the next logical step and explains it. “Place topping” puts a correct topping on the board for you. You earn new hints by finishing levels, or optionally by watching a short video ad.
Can I move my progress to a new phone?
Unfortunately not. Pizzumi doesn't need an account, so your progress is stored only on your device. If you delete the app or switch phones, you start over. A purchased “Ad-free” can be restored, though (see below).
How do I restore “Ad-free”?
Open Settings in the app and tap “Restore purchases”, signed in on your phone with the same Google account you bought it with.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Google Play, so please request a refund there via your order history.
How often are there ads?
There are no banner ads. Only now and then an ad appears after a puzzle, and you can close it quickly. Video ads are always optional, in exchange for hints. With “Ad-free” (a one-time purchase, no subscription) the ads after puzzles disappear completely.
How do I change my choice about personalised ads?
In the app under Settings → “Privacy settings”. More in our privacy policy.
What data does Pizzumi collect?
As little as possible: there is no account, and your progress stays on your phone. Data only leaves your device for ads (Google AdMob) and for the “Ad-free” purchase. All details are in our privacy policy. If you'd like us to delete data, write to contact@mochimoongames.com.
Turning off music, sounds or vibration
Tap the gear icon in the game. There you can switch music, sounds and vibration on and off separately.
